Good taste. WISECLICK includes CrowdStrike Falcon EDR plus Falcon Mobile, automatic encrypted backups, the full Essential 8 toolkit, and expert support — all bundled and managed for you.
If you're running CrowdStrike directly, you're likely managing it yourself without the backup layer, the Essential 8 guides, or the support access. WISECLICK wraps everything around it. Same protection. Everything else included.
The Essential 8 Gap Assessment is available as a standalone purchase at $149. WISECLICK membership is the natural next step — it gives you the tools, support, and guidance to actually close the gaps the assessment identifies.
You receive a personalised report within minutes. It shows you exactly how your business sits across all eight Essential 8 controls — what's covered, where the gaps are, and what to address first.
No jargon. No vague recommendations. A clear picture of where you stand, written for a business owner — not an IT professional.
The assessment itself takes 20–30 minutes. Your report is generated immediately after you submit — no waiting, no follow-up call required.
You can start the assessment, complete it in one sitting, and have your results before your next coffee goes cold.
Yes — and it's designed to be. At $149 per assessment, retaking it as you implement changes gives you a fresh, accurate benchmark of exactly where you stand.
Most members use the first assessment to identify their gaps, work through the WISECLICK member guides to close them, then retake it to measure the improvement. Your score goes up. Your confidence follows.
Yes — and downgrade too. Your billing adjusts with the next cycle. No fees, no friction, no conversation required.
Cyber Core covers 1 device, Cyber Plus covers 3, and Cyber Max covers 5 — all at fixed monthly pricing. If you need 6 or more devices, Cyber Flex is built for you. It's fully tailored to your setup — just hit "Let's Build Your Plan" and we'll put something together.
Cyber Core, Cyber Plus, and Cyber Max — yes, cancel anytime, no lock-ins. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep full access until then.
Cyber Flex is different. Because Cyber Flex is built around six or more devices and a deeper level of dedicated support, it includes a minimum 12-month term. After your first year, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We're committed to you for 12 months — and we expect the same back. That's how we deliver this level of protection sustainably.
To cancel, email assist@wise.click from the address linked to your membership.
Cyber Flex is billed monthly in advance, under a 12-month minimum term. After the first year, billing continues month-to-month at the agreed rate, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Cyber Flex includes a minimum 12-month commitment, so the remaining monthly fees for the balance of your initial term are payable. After your first year, you're free to leave anytime with 30 days' notice. If you're considering this, email assist@wise.click — we'd rather have a conversation first.
All WISECLICK members get access to the Tools section in the member portal — a curated library of simple, purposeful resources. Some are free downloads, others are available directly from their respective vendors. We keep adding to it as we find things genuinely worth having.
The tools aren't random add-ons. They're selected because they close a specific gap for small business owners. A good example: if you lodge with the ATO, do online banking, or handle sensitive client data, a VPN isn't optional — it's the minimum. You'll find it in the portal, ready to go.
Yes — and we walk you through every step. After sign-up, you'll log into your member portal, download and install CrowdStrike on your computer and phone if required, then set up your daily backup software which backs up your entire machine every day.
It takes a little while to get everything running the first time. It's worth it.
Yes. CrowdStrike Falcon is included on iPhone and Android as part of your membership — the same world-class protection on your phone as on your computer.
Here's what it actually does on your device:
- Detects malicious links in texts, emails, browsers and QR codes before you click them
- Blocks access to malicious sites and unauthorised domains automatically
- Detects mobile malware running on your device
- Always on — engineered to stay active in the background without draining your battery or being switched off by your phone
Given how much business happens on mobile — emails, banking, client communications, ATO lodgements — leaving your phone unprotected while securing your laptop is only doing half the job.
One important note: it monitors only what's needed to keep you safe. It does not read your personal messages, emails, photos or browsing history. Your privacy is protected by design.
If you need it covered, we walk you through the install as part of your onboarding.
Not at all. WISECLICK was built specifically for business owners who don't have an IT background. Plain English throughout. No jargon. If you can use a smartphone, you can use WISECLICK.
All members have direct access to our support team at assist@wise.click. Cyber Plus includes priority support with faster response times. Cyber Max adds dedicated routing for your queries.
And if something goes urgently wrong — WISE ASSIST is available as a paid service built for exactly those moments. Book a session at wise.click/pages/wise-assist.
The Essential 8 is a set of eight cybersecurity strategies developed by the Australian Signals Directorate — the government body responsible for protecting Australia's national security online. Together, they cover the most common ways businesses get compromised, and how to close those doors.
Think of it as the government doing the homework on what actually works, so you don't have to guess.
Eight strategies. Independently validated. Designed to be implemented by any business, regardless of size.
The Australian Signals Directorate — the same organisation that protects Australia's most sensitive government networks. They reviewed real attack data, identified the most common methods used against Australian businesses, and built a practical set of controls to address them.
It's not a commercial product. It's not someone's opinion. It's the distilled result of watching what actually happens when businesses get hit — and working backwards from there.
The Essential 8 was designed with proportionality in mind. A solo accountant and a government department face different versions of the same risks. The controls scale accordingly.
Most small businesses find that getting to Maturity Level 1 across all eight strategies puts them significantly ahead of the average. That's not a high bar — it's a sensible one. And it's exactly where the WISECLICK assessment starts.
Maturity Level 0 means a control isn't in place at all. Maturity Level 1 means the basics are covered — not perfectly, but deliberately.
The jump from 0 to 1 is the most important move a small business can make. Most compromises target businesses sitting at Level 0 — not because they're interesting, but because they're easy. Maturity Level 1 changes that equation entirely.
Every control you implement reduces your exposure. That said, some controls carry more weight than others depending on how your business operates.
The WISECLICK assessment tells you exactly where your gaps are and which ones to address first. You don't need to be perfect across all eight on day one. You need to be deliberate. Start with the highest-impact gaps and build from there.
Yes. WISECLICK was built in Australia, for Australian businesses. The Essential 8 is an Australian Government standard — it made sense to build the platform around it here, where it matters most.
Antivirus is one layer. WISECLICK is eight.
Antivirus software watches for known threats as they arrive. The Essential 8 addresses the conditions that let threats in at all — patching, access control, backups, application management, and more. One is reactive. The other is structural.
WISECLICK helps you build the structure.
An IT company reacts when something goes wrong. WISECLICK is built around making sure less goes wrong in the first place — using the Australian Government's own Essential 8 as the foundation, paired with CrowdStrike, one of the world's most advanced endpoint tools. It's also a fraction of the cost of a managed IT contract.
We also include daily bare metal backup — which means if the worst ever happens, your machine can be restored to exactly how it was the day before. Fully. Within hours.
The two aren't mutually exclusive. WISECLICK works alongside your IT provider, or independently if you don't have one.
Solo professionals and small businesses up to about five people. If you're running your own operation — or a tight team — and you don't have a dedicated IT person, WISECLICK was built specifically for you.
Larger businesses tend to need enterprise security solutions with dedicated support teams. We're not that. We're the thing that works for everyone else.
He's WISECLICK's ambassador — a character who represents what it looks like to have your cybersecurity genuinely sorted. Calm. Prepared. Not particularly worried.
He doesn't lecture. He doesn't warn. He's simply already handled it — and he'd like to help you get there too.
Think of him as the friend who actually knows what they're talking about, and explains it like a human being.
No. WISECLICK is designed to work alongside whatever IT support you already have — or independently if you don't have any. It's built for business owners who want clarity on their own security posture, without needing to rely on a third party for every decision.
Macs are well-built machines. They're also not immune.
The idea that Macs don't get compromised is a legacy from a time when they were rare enough to be ignored. That time has passed. As Macs became the default choice for small business owners and creative professionals, they became a more interesting target.
The Essential 8 applies to every operating system — including macOS. Patching, access control, backups, and application management matter just as much on a Mac as they do on a Windows machine.
Phishing emails don't care what laptop you're using. Neither do fake software installers, compromised cloud accounts, or weak passwords.
The majority of successful attacks against Mac users have nothing to do with the operating system — they go around it entirely. A convincing email. A reused password. A cloud account with no multi-factor authentication turned on.
The Essential 8 addresses all of these. The device is almost beside the point.
Yes. WISECLICK is built for the way small businesses actually work — and most of them use Macs. CrowdStrike Falcon, included in your membership, runs natively on macOS and gives you the same level of endpoint protection as any other device on your plan.
Your Mac is covered. So is your iPhone or Android — the CrowdStrike agent extends to mobile devices too.
