Cybersecurity for a business of one to five people
Your laptop came with antivirus, so it feels handled. It isn't, quite: when that antivirus finds something, it tells only you, nothing is copying your files somewhere safe, and there's no one to ask when an invoice looks wrong.
WISECLICK (wise.click) is a cybersecurity membership that does those three things for Australian businesses of one to five people. From $59 a month, it protects your computers and a phone, backs up your files every day, and gives you a person in Australia who answers your questions the same business day.
It is built for the people who run a real business from a laptop: sole traders, small practices, consultants, trades offices, the family business with three desks and one shared printer. Nobody in the building has to be the IT person. That is the point.
What a Tuesday looks like
You open an attachment you shouldn't have. On your own, you'd find out when the files stop opening. As a member, the security software on your laptop is built to stop it, and our team sees the alert, not just you. If anything does get through, yesterday's copy of your files is sitting there, locked, untouched. You hear from a person, in plain English, about what happened and what, if anything, you need to do. Usually nothing.
What a membership does
- We watch, and we fix. Every alert comes to our team as it happens. We work out what happened, then fix it, and the fix is part of your membership, never an extra bill. Your app shows "We're on it" until it's sorted.
- A copy of your files nobody can wipe. Your files are copied every day and locked, so nobody can delete or change them, including someone who has stolen your password. Every new backup renews the lock on everything still on your computer, and anything you delete can be brought back for sixty days. If files need to come back, we do the restore for you, usually within a few hours.
- We check the checks. Every thirty minutes we confirm each member's protection is running and their backups are actually happening, so a quiet problem doesn't stay quiet.
- One line every morning. The WISECLICK app tells you, in a sentence, whether anything needs you. Most mornings it doesn't.
- A person who answers. Should I be paying for this software? Is this invoice real? Someone replies the same business day.
- Your Cyber Report Card. A short check on your phone that shows where your business stands against the Essential Eight, the Australian Government's baseline list of eight protections, with a plain-English comment on each.
What it can't do for you
No software stops you paying a convincing fake invoice. False billing was the scam Australian small businesses reported most in 2025, with $2.0 million in reported losses. Two habits, free, that stay with you either way:
- When a supplier's bank details change, ring them on a number you already have, then pay. Members can also forward the email to us first.
- Turn on multi-factor sign-in for your email, so signing in needs a code from your phone as well as your password. About ten minutes; the government's guide walks you through it.

How it lines up with the government's advice
The Australian Cyber Security Centre tells small businesses to start with three things: turn on multi-factor sign-in, keep software updated, and back up your information. The membership does the backups and the watching. Updates and multi-factor sign-in stay with you, and the Report Card shows you how they're going.
Questions people ask
Is the antivirus on my laptop enough?
It's one piece. It doesn't back up your files, check a suspicious invoice, or put an alert in front of anyone but you. A membership does those things.
Do I need an IT person to set it up?
No. Your membership creates your account and we walk you through the install. If you get stuck, a person helps.
What if we have more than five computers, or a server?
That is Cyber Flex, quoted to fit what you have.
Does fixing a problem cost extra?
No. Diagnosing and fixing an alert is part of the membership, and so is restoring your files.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Core, Plus and Max cancel any time.
